Scientist Qiu Jia Ning (Victoria Song) is a core researcher in the laboratories of the famous pharma corporation “Yuan Jihua”. While she aspires to prove her own worth, she also dreams of consolidating China’s position in the scientific world. One day, a new researcher named Zhou Xiao Shan (Luo Yun Xi) joins the corporation. His intelligent but reserved self attracts Jia Ning’s attention. At the same time, the beautiful and strong woman also makes Xiao Shan’s usually cold heart flutter. But Xiao Shan is in fact a broker whose task is to snatch Jia Ning’s research results away.
Set during the Republican era, the story tells of a young girl by the name of Du Chun Xiao (Victoria Song), a smart young girl who uses her strange but unique ability to deduct clues and solve mysteries through the use of tarot cards. However, one day she decides to return to Jiangnan with her friend Huang Meng Ching (Zhang Zhi Xi). As the Huang family accepts Chun Xiao as one of their own, Mr. Huang proposes the idea of marriage between his son Mo Ru (Yang Yang) and Chun Xiao. Though she is not particularly attracted to Mo Ru, she continues to live with the Huang’s until strange things begin to occur, that endanger her life. It is during her difficult times that she notices Huang Mu Yun (Jiang Jin Fu), the youngest son of the Huang’s. As the two discover their feelings for each other, secrets regarding Chun Xiao’s true identity as well as the darker nature of Mr. Huang’s past deeds are unraveled.
From September 27 – September 29 is held the Autumn 2017 TV program trade fair in Beijing (2017秋季北京电视节目交易会). The trade fair is a huge event where the whole industry is coming together with over 500 companies and 2700 people participating. More than 1100 items are presented, among them dramas, web dramas, movies, animated movies and documentaries. Equally present are over 150 companies and 500 people (TV stations, online streaming sites and even international companies) who are interested in buying items.

The First Love of the Man Who Was Thousand Years Old tells the love story between Guan Pi Pi (Victoria Song) and He Lan Jing Ting (Johnny Huang) which transcends several lifes and centuries. Guan Pi Pi lives a quiet life until a mysterious man named He Lan Jing Ting appears. He Lan is blind when he’s under the sunlight, but has an excellent vision at night. Furthermore, he’s a vegetarian. He’s an expert when it comes to ancient jade and he always stares at the moon while listening to a serenade at night. At first, it seems like Pi Pi and He Lan met each other by coincidence, but they’re actually tied together by fate. However, He Lan’s father pronounced a curse on them: Pi Pi always dies a terrible death when she wants to reciprocate He Lan’s love. He Lan isn’t willing to give up though. Will he be able to change their fate in this life?
The story takes place in a mythological world with demons, gods, and humans cohabiting. Our hero, Chi You (Huang Xiao Ming) is driven by revenge and wants to dominate and unite all living things under one ruler. His resolve is immovable until he meets the heroine, a princess from the Xuan Yuan Kingdom (Victoria Song). During the chaotic times, two dominant figures emerged: Chi You, a war god from Shen Nong Tribe, and Prince Shao Hao (Peter Sheng), from Gao Xin kingdom. While our heroine is forced to marry Shao Hao, her heart belongs to Chi You, and conflicts in interest arise when her father invades Shen Nong. The meaning behind the title is a promise between Chi You and the heroine that as long as he still wears the red robe she made for him, they would meet under the destined Peach Blossoms and that he would give up everything to be by her side. However, because Chi You never knew of the reason behind her political marriage with Prince Shao Hao, he lashes at her from a place of hurt and mistrust.
