Can a girl from the countryside and without notable qualifications become succesfull in the big city? After graduating from university, Sai Xiao Hua (Li Sheng) is determined to stay in Beijing. She finally finds a job, but after an emotional entanglement with her boss Qiao Ma (Williams Leon Jay), she gets fired again.
