When Li Xiao Yu (Li Chen) decides to help casino swindler Qiu Yong Bang (Wang Qian Yuan), his peaceful days come to an abrupt end. Xiao Yu is arrested as the main suspect for harming the casino owner, while his girlfriend Wen Wen (Shi Chun Zi) is abducted by traffickers. Originally a BL story, this drama adaptation focuses on the bromance between former special forces soldier Guo Yang (Yang Shi Ze) and narcotics officer Zhang Chen (Cai Zhi Chen) instead. In order to bring down a drug trafficking organization, Zhang Chen approaches Guo Yang and asks him to become his partner.
