White-collar worker Wu Yu Chao (Gao Yang) graduated two years ago. In order to be closer to his love from his university days, he moves into the apartment complex Tiantongyuan where he shares an apartment with five other young people. Among them is the 20-year-old Liu Yi Dong (He Yi Xuan), a rebellious young woman. Over time, the tenants who seemed to have not much in common become friends and learn to support each other through life’s ups ands downs.
