Traffic police officer Zhao Yi Yang (Huo Zheng Yan) is the section chief in charge of traffic accidents. At the site of an accident involving a pickup truck in which a child survives but loses his parents, Yi Yang and his team member Pang Jia (Zhu Yi Long) discover that two more cars were involved. They manage to catch the real hit-and-run offender, but at the same time learn that an old case linked to the new one might have been misjudged by Yi Yang in the past.
